announced that it has named Gerald Ostrov as chairman and CEO. Most recently, Ostrov was company group chairman, Worldwide Vision Care, for Johnson & Johnson, where he led the company's global vision care businesses from 1998 to 2006.

AGENCIES
Digitas Health
has hired Graham Mills and Jack Nolan to lead creative for the New York office.  will report to chief creative officer Alexandra von Plato. As partners in their career, Mills and Nolan were recruited by Digitas from the UK, where they created award-winning work for agencies including Arc, Wunderman and OgilvyOne.  They co-founded Mandy Wheeler Sound Writers, and led the team that won the first ever Cannes Direct Grand Prix.
