AbelsonTaylor promoted Ben Murphy and hired Sara Allen and Ryan Jones to boost its interactive division. Murphy has been promoted to senior interactive developer from interactive developer, and will be working on a product for the treatment of GERD. As interactive developer, Allen will be creating interactive sales aids, websites, banner ads and other web-based tools. Jones also an interactive developer brings experience in design and development. He joins from device company Cook. 

HealthEd Encore, the educational marketing solutions agency part of the HealthEd Group announced five new hires including: Renee Mormando SVP, human resources; Brenda Ahye, manager, health education; Lee Ann Rattoballi, studio art director; Dawn Moynihan, account coordinator; and David Garbeil, manager, editorial services. 

Jonathan Spiess joined Ziment Group as VP, technology and innovation. Spiess previously held management positions in technology and R&D with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Johnson & Johnson. 

Quadrant HealthCom Inc. (QHI) hired Eileen Hubert as group publisher for Neurology Reviews and NeuroPsychiatry Reviews. Prior to QHI, Hubert was associate publisher of Cardiology Review and Physician's Money Digest owned by MJH and Associates (formerly Ascend Media).
