Williams-Labadie, part of the Publicis Communications Group network, announced the appointment of Emmanuel Cecilio to senior interactive developer. Prior to joining Williams-Labadie, Cecilio spent the last few years developing and managing all web properties for the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. 

GSW Worldwide, an inVentiv Health company, announced the arrival of three new associates at its Newtown office. Carol Caimi has been named brand voice writer. Before joining GSW Worldwide, Caimi served as pharmaceutical copywriter for Interlink Healthcare Communications and GMR Group. Michael Price has been named account director. Prior to GSW Worldwide, Price served as account supervisor for MRM Gillespie and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Amy Tomko has been named user experience lead. Before joining GSW Worldwide, Tomko served as information designer for Vanguard.

Quadrant HealthCom announced the promotion of Margo Ullmann to publisher of The Female Patient. In her new and expanded role, Ullman will continue to sell both pages and projects as well as take on additional responsibility for growing The Female Patient brand through new product development.
