Medical Marketing & Media (MM&M) has hired Anthony Vecchione as features editor. Vecchione brings a wealth of experience to MM&M, having most recently been senior editor at The Pink Sheet, where he reported on regulatory, legislative and business news affecting the US pharmaceutical industry. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Drug Topics magazine where, as managing editor-projects, he oversaw the editorial direction of special editions and supplements, including Women's Health, Diabetes and Medical Technology. Vecchione is charged with planning and executing MM&M's features and special supplements, and will add firepower to the news desk.
 
GSW Worldwide, an inVentiv Health company, has announced five new appointments to its Columbus, Ohio, and Newtown, PA, offices. At the Columbus location, Kevin Emigh has been appointed digital engineer, Tyler Ransburgh, digital strategist, and Joshua Studebaker, digital designer. At the Newtown office, Mike Bosniak has been named senior copywriter and Dan D'Alesio has been named associate creative director.
