Sciele Pharma named Marty Solberg VP, regulatory affairs and quality assurance. Solberg joins the company from Allergan and reports to EVP, chief medical officer Larry Dillaha, MD.
 
Quadrant HealthCom named Ronald T. Burkman, MD editor-in-chief of The Female Patient. Dr. Burkman is professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Tufts University School of Medicine and practices in the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. He will work alongside editor Carol Saunders and publisher Margo Ullmann on the journal.
 
The CementBond named Kim Johnson SVP, account services and strategy; Matthew Howes, SVP, digital strategy; Wendy Levine VP, account services; and Laura Pastor, senior digital product manager. Johnson joins from Pfizer, where she was consumer director for Celebrex. Levine was previously senior director of marketing at Novartis Vaccines. Pastor joins from WebMD, where she was senior project manager.
