P&G loses pharma chief, reshuffles senior ranks
R. Kerry Clark, former vice chairman of Procter & Gamble’s $20 billion global family-health business, has left to become chief executive of Cardinal Health. The P&G veteran’s former responsibilities over the pharmaceuticals, oral-care and personal-health units will be assumed by vice chairman Susan Arnold. Arnold also oversees P&G’s beauty business.
Other business units that had reported to Clark will now report to Bruce Byrnes, vice chairman.
