Studies reveal sales force leaders committed to productivity

Sales force leaders are committed to improving the productivity of their field sales forces in 2007 while endeavoring to do more with less, according to a series of recent studies conducted by consulting firm Best Practices. Nearly half the managers and directors participating in the company’s benchmark study cited developing and/or implementing key success metrics as being among their top priorities.
