Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness EVP director of client service Ned Russell was promoted to EVP managing director after Jim Joseph left the firm to join Lippe Taylor Brand Communications.

Joseph is president and partner at Lippe Taylor, an independent PR shop that specializes in marketing to women.
“It's kind of like going back to my roots,” said Joseph, who had joined Publicis 12 years ago when he sold the holding company his startup integrated agency, CP Partners, which later evolved into ARC New York, part of the Leo Burnett network. Joseph is also working on a book about brand experiences slated to hit bookstores in May.
