Sepracor's Lunesta moth subject of lawsuit

Seracor's Lunesta moth is the subject of a lawsuit from a small maker of herbal sleep aids which claims the company ripped off the butterfly logo for its Nytex treatment. The suit demands that Sepracor cease using the moth and lays claim to any profit made from the logo.
