The Center for Reproductive Rights asked a federal judge for permission to request e-mails, letters and records of conversations between the FDA and the White House to determine whether the Bush administration gave the agency directions for handling Barr Pharmaceuticals' OTC switch application for its Plan B emergency contraceptive.
