Whittmanhart, a Chicago-based company that provides digital communications, has acquired Insight Interactive Group, a full service interactive communications firm specializing in the healthcare and pharmaceutical vertical markets.
"Insight Interactive brings a great group of talented professionals with an outstanding track record and client roster in the interactive space. We're thrilled to have them join the Whittmanhart family," said Bob Bernard, chief executive and president of Whittmanhart.
The acquisition deepens Whittmanhart vertical market expertise, geographic breadth and introduces additional media solutions and expertise for their clients. In addition to enhancing Whittmanhart's presence in Milwaukee, Chicago, Cincinnati, and Cleveland, Insight Interactive Group adds a new location in Philadelphia plus the strength of their online media and search engine marketing unit.
"By joining Whittmanhart, a new level of opportunities and resources open up for our clients and our staff with a proven organization that is now a strong national player," said Karen Warth, president of Insight Interactive Group.
