Lippincott's Nursing Procedures and Skills has been upgraded to provide hospitals with over 200 pediatric procedures. The new version offers clinical reference and training for nurses.

According to Robert Dekker, a spokesperson for the company, the point-of-care tool was released in October 2007, and the new upgrade will provide “more functionality and a new focus on pediatric nursing procedures,” including an advanced text editor, and improved audit trail, as well as increased search, archiving and e-mail capabilities.

Lippincott Williams & Wilkins is a healthcare specialty publisher of periodicals and books. The company is a division of Wolters Kluwer Health.
