Since joining KCI in 2015 as a U.S. product manager, Anita Feinstein has launched six new products and line extensions in the U.S. market, helping the company achieve a year-over-year growth rate of 50%. Much of this success stems from her ability to combine multiple effective strategies, including tapping into a network of key opinion leaders and incorporating input from focus groups and advisory panels on how to develop new marketing initiatives.

In 2018, Feinstein was promoted to senior group manager for the U.S. Incision Management portfolio, which means she now manages a team of product managers; supports more than 250 sales representatives; and spearheads communication, interpretation of brand strategies and product launches in the U.S. In the position, Feinstein helped KCI’s Surgical Incision Management portfolio generate revenues of $100 million in 2018 and more than $120 million in 2019.

On top of her day-to-day responsibilities, Feinstein has found the time to become an active mentor both within and outside of the organization, giving feedback and advice to junior sales representatives and college interns who are interested in pursuing a career in marketing.

Before joining KCI, Feinstein held marketing, event and sales positions with Marriott International, Keller Williams, Universal Pacific Diamonds and The Culinary Loft. In 2013, 2014 and 2015 while working at Marriott, she exceeded her sales revenue goals.
