Before venturing into strategic planning, Ankit Vahia was a cancer researcher — he has Ph.D.s in molecular biology as well as clinical oncology and hematology. His mastery of the science, combined with passion and empathy, has helped propel Vahia in his new career. He is one of the few chief strategy officers under 40 and has led the integrated health and wellness strategy team at Grey Global through a period of remarkable growth. He has improved every aspect of the practice from consumer insight and brand positioning to creative development and marketing ROI. Before joining Grey Group in 2019, he spent almost seven years at Area 23. When not strategizing, Vahia is often found preparing family dinners with his two daughters.
