The challenges created by her childhood diagnoses with ADHD and dyslexia led Kathleen Perley to process information in her own unique way, understanding it from a variety of perspectives and breaking it down into smaller, more manageable pieces. Perley’s approach also shaped the mission of Decode, her agency that has helped clients navigate the digital space to reach their goals. An early success was with St. Luke’s Health. After Decode created an interactive social breast cancer campaign, it became St. Luke’s agency of record. More recently, thanks to Perley’s leadership, Decode has successfully transitioned from a purely digital agency to a full-service wellness agency.
