As the industry manager for healthcare at Meta and in previous roles, Matthew Baczyk has shown a talent for guiding risk-averse and highly regulated healthcare companies into a new mobile-first world. In the process, he tripled his sales/support team and has established health as the fastest growing vertical in North America for four years running. Central to his department’s success has been Baczyk’s leadership in creating a sales/cross functional partnership strategy for marketing, measurement and creative. The father of three young daughters, Baczyk has also played a leadership role helping other fathers at Meta return after their paternity leaves.
