Shelby Schemerhorn first worked with the Johnson & Johnson Vision team when she was still an intern while pursuing her MBA at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Since graduating and joining the company, she has risen up the ranks and is currently senior manager, global strategic marketing. Among her many accomplishments was the creation and successful execution of a 20-year brand anniversary campaign for Tecnis, which resulted in new levels of social media impressions, employee engagement and reach. She also co-leads a program that partners Johnson & Johnson employees with approximately 50 local high school students in a three-year-long mentorship.
