Colleagues of Stephanie Bottcher-Yu credit her success to a combination of an innate curiosity, an ability to gain insights from all sources and then a mastery at creating strategies that precisely engage target audiences. Her experience includes work for industry giants such as Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis as well as emerging biotechs Actelion, Biomarin and Gilead. At Fishawack, Dudnyk’s parent company, Bottcher-Yu is a key member of the strategy leadership team, has led the development of the strategy competency model and mentors junior strategists. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in narrative medicine from Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies.
