Stephanie Loiseau’s marketing career began at Coca-Cola, but she soon transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry. She is now director of marketing at SK Life Science, where she worked with a team to launch the company’s first product, epilepsy drug Xcopri. Loiseau also created The STEPS Tool to help foster conversations between HCPs and patients, which is now widely used by epilepsy advocacy groups — an example of Loiseau’s many out-of-the-box ideas. Others were crucial to reaching healthcare providers during the pandemic. Outside of the office, Loiseau teaches mixed martial arts and mentors women bound for college.
