Tanya Schaffer has a keen ability to lead agencies’ efforts to become more digitally capable while also providing individual employees with tools to help them succeed. As a digital strategist and digital leader, Schaffer led the multichannel launches of Xarelto, Victoza, Ninlaro and Luxturna. She was also a core part of one of the most successful rare disease launches in history — Biogen’s Spinraza for children with spinal muscular atrophy. Outside of work, Schaffer volunteers for the Senegal-based Empire des Enfants, which supports homeless children and abused women in Dakar, the country’s capital.
