Razorfish Health has named John Reid as its SVP and executive creative director, the firm said this week.
He has joined the healthcare professional agency’s New York office after a 20-year career. Previously, Reid worked at Deep Focus as chief creative officer, EVP and chief creative officer at Wunderman, and creative director at ATTIK, according to his LinkedIn profile. He’s worked with clients including the Ad Council, Audi, Microsoft, HBO, Procter & Gamble, and AARP.
Reid will be a “lightning rod for [the agency’s] creative team,” Razorfish MD Dave Paragamian said in a statement.
Razorfish Health formally joined forces with Publicis Health sibling Discovery Worldwide last year. Razorfish Health’s 2017 revenue was an estimated $75 million, down from an estimated combined $77.5 million for Razorfish Health and Discovery in 2016. Its staff of 335 was down from a combined 350 for the two agencies at the end of 2016.
