What was your biggest break?
The opportunity to open a Chicago office for a Philadelphia-based company.

What’s the best and/or worst part of your job?
The best part, seeing clients and staff grow and learn—they see success. The worst part, whenever we lose.

What’s the view like from your office/work area?
In my Chicago office, the cityscape of Chicago, looking northwest from the Merchandise Mart; in my Yardley office I-95 and lots of green.

How long is a typical meeting with clients?
30 minutes—everyone is jammed for time it seems.

Where did you go to college? Did it help you prepare for your career?
I attended Lakeland College in Wisconsin. I majored in religion, philosophy and history which improved my skills to think critically, examine life, and act with purpose.

What was your greatest professional challenge?
Continuing to grow talented staff and support them in their success.

If you were to write a book, what would the title be?
