A survey by lash-enhancing drug manufacturer Allergan revealed that 75% of polled women “have admitted to having concerns about their inadequate eyelashes,” and that over 50% of the women polled found that their lashes had been getting thinner or shorter.
The findings mesh well with the company’s Latisse prescription product, which has been fronted by celebrities including Claire Danes, Brooke Shields and Christina Hendricks.
The press statement included some dermatologist skin tips, such as to be sure to remove makeup every night and talk to your doctor “if you notice you are using more and more mascara with less satisfaction.”
