MediMedia USA has acquired a majority interest in Complete Healthcare Communications, a medical communications agency specializing in strategic publication planning, medical writing and marketing services.

MediMedia USA has acquired a majority interest in Complete Healthcare Communications, a medical communications agency specializing in strategic publication planning, medical writing and marketing services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Berkery, Noyes & Co. represented the seller. The business, based in Chadds Ford, PA, will join MediMedia’s professional division, and will continue to be run by founder Bob Norris, who launched the company in 1994 and retains the titles CEO and president.
