Stiefel Laboratories
announced two senior staff promotions. Wayne Wilson has been promoted to VP of US sales, and Michael DiFiore will become executive director of managed markets, Wilson’s previous position. Both Wilson and DiFiore will report to Jim Hartman, senior vice president of US commercial operations. Wilson has nearly 17 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, sales management and managed markets. In his new role, he is responsible for the staffing, planning and execution of initiatives to support and attain US corporate sales and market share goals. Prior to joining Stiefel, Wilson worked in corporate account management and sales management for Amgen and Johnson & Johnson. As executive director of managed markets, DiFiore, who previously served as government account manager and director of government accounts at Stiefel, is responsible for creating and maintaining formulary coverage for the company’s prescription product portfolio, negotiating the company’s contracting opportunities with commercial and government payers, and utilization of internal resources to support these objectives. Prior to joining Stiefel, DiFiore held positions in managed markets, sales management and marketing with companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb and Amgen.

AGENCIES
Noesis announced the following promotions and new hires. Jodi Smith joins as a senior imaging specialist. Smith will manage all of the digital imaging and 3-D art for the agency. Before coming to Noesis, Smith was employed as a senior digital designer at Torre Lazur McCann. Jessica Cino comes to Noesis as an art director. In this position, Cino will be responsible for concept development and creative implementation on her assigned brands. Prior to joining Noesis, Cino was an assistant art director at Beacon Healthcare Communications. Additionally, Michael Kaiser joins Noesis as an account coordinator. In this role, Kaiser will manage the daily activities of his assigned accounts, ensuring the success of brand marketing initiatives. Previously, Kaiser was an operations supervisor for UPS.

Williams-Labadie, part of the Publicis Communications Group network has announced the following new hires and promotions within the firm. Three employees were recently promoted to account service manager — Catherine Flom, Joanna Hussey and Jesse Jodrey. More promotions in the company include — Denis O’Keefe, promoted from senor coywriter to copy supervisor. Holly Harnsberger, previously account service manager was promoted to account executive. Steve Hutson has been appointed interactive developer, handling programming for all agency accounts. Colleen May has been appointed to account service manager. Account assistants Taylor Paige and Danielle Daniel will be offering support assistance on all accounts for Williams-Labadie.

Cardinal Health
announced the appointment of company veteran Michael Kaufmann as group president of its healthcare supply chain services pharmaceutical segment. He replaces Scott Storrer, who will leave the company later this month.
