Sudler & Hennessey (S&H) New York has announced the promotion of Rod Boyd and Diane Ohye to joint executive creative directors. As executive creative directors, Boyd and Ohye will be jointly responsible for the New York-based creative team, reporting to Rob Rogers, chief creative officer. Ohye joined S&H in 1988 as a senior copywriter, and after a brief three-year hiatus in 2002, she returned to S&H in 2005 as SVP, creative strategy director. Meanwhile, after spending the last 12 of his many years in healthcare advertising at S&H, Boyd has seen the S&H creative department grow from a staff of less than 20 writers and art directors to a department of over 80.

Euro RSCG Worldwide PR named Douglas Stroup EVP. Stroup joins from Ruder Finn, where he worked on the agency's branding practice, and previously worked at Nelson Communications. He reports to Chantal Beaudry, EVP, managing director.

Pacific Communications has hired Mark Davey as art supervisor in the agency's creative department. In his new role, Davey will be responsible for art direction on Juvederm and other dermal fillers made and marketed by Allergan. Before joining Pacific Communications, Davey built a career in New York City, contributing his talents to agencies such as Euro RSCG, Draftfcb and Young & Rubicam.

Interactive medical information service company Informed Medical Communications (IMC) named Charles Saldarini to its board of directors. The announcement was issued by IMC CEO, Steven K. Budd, from the company's headquarters in New York City. Saldarini brings to IMC an extensive history of entrepreneurial innovation in the area of healthcare services, most recently as a driving force behind New Jersey-based provider of outsourced sales and marketing solutions to the pharma industry, PDI.
