Charles “Chuck” Gershman has over 25 years of experience in executive management, marketing, engineering, business development and sales. A serial entrepreneur, he has been a member of the executive management team of 5 startups which include successful exits with company acquisitions by Intel and PMC-Sierra. Chuck has over a decade of CEO experience. During his tenure as CEO of Bay Microsystems the company was distinguished as the 17th fastest growing company in Silicon Valley. For his work at Bay, Chuck was selected for his leadership, vision and organization as a finalist by CMP publications for the prestigious ACE award as high technology executive of the year. He has also been honored by his Alma Mater, Drexel University, with the 2010 Alumni Circle of Distinction Award.
