inVentiv Health recently acquired a division of Cegedim Dendrite that focuses on distribution and fulfillment of drug samples, materials and direct mail. The group has been renamed inVentiv Logistical Solutions and will operate under inVentiv’s PROMOTECH business. According to an inVentiv Health spokesperson, the company is not at liberty to discuss the details of the acquisition.
