1. After a lawsuit decided in AstraZeneca’s favor, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories relaunched generic Nexium with a different color pill and a different color cap. AstraZeneca had sued, saying it has trademarks for the “purple pill.” The relaunched Nexium is blue. (WSJ)

2. A psychologist recently suggested that scientific papers be anonymous, including those published in medical journals. Doing this may mean a wider range of authors are published by removing personal biases. (Stat News)

3. Patients with health insurance still struggle to cost costs when they are prescribed high priced drugs.Some patients make too much money to qualify for financial assistance from the drugmaker, while such assistance is not an option for drug companies. (WSJ)
