This finding was matched by an increased intent to use public exchanges, which stood at 42% in October, up from 37% in September, according to a poll by the firm Ipsos.

The poll also found that the overall public is also increasingly fond of the legislation, and that support rose to 47% in October, up from around 44% in September.
