Finn Partners has named Jenny Heinrich to the newly created role of senior partner in charge of digital and influencer strategy.

Heinrich started in the position on Monday, reporting to senior partner Kris Graves, who is also based in Chicago.

Heinrich’s remit is to expand the agency’s social media and digital offerings and work with clients to develop digital campaign strategy, influencer marketing programs and social media and content engagement plans, the agency said in a statement.

Finn Partners began discussing digital and influencer work with Heinrich two years ago and began working with her on a contract basis this year, said founding managing partner Noah Finn, and the success of that relationship led to a formal role.

“This is an opportunity to have influencer work be a more central component of campaigns rather than a separate channel,” Finn added.

Prior to joining Finn Partners, Heinrich had been working as a consultant since leaving Edelman last April. She led the influencer marketing practice for Edelman’s Chicago office, Finn Partners said in a statement.

Finn Partners has also hired Alexandra Suazo as VP of digital for the Midwest region. Previously, she was senior manager of digital marketing and strategy for Mattel’s American Girl and head of digital for New York Cruise Lines.

Finn Partners’ revenue grew 35% to $119.3 million last year, according to the PRWeek Agency Business Report 2020.
