Kantar Health named Michel Murino as the CEO of Kantar Health Europe. Previously the CEO of southern Europe and France business units, Murino is now in charge of addressing European clients’ country-specific business demands. All leaders of Kantar Health business units in Europe will report to Murino.
“Today, our clients value the breadth of consulting services that Kantar Health can offer on a regional basis, while maintaining expertise of local market requirements and restrictions,” said Kantar Health Global CEO Lynnette Cooke in a news release.
“Healthcare today is more complex than ever before, and clients are challenged with disruptive forces at every level, ranging from a more empowered patient to regulatory hurdles to web-connected medical devices,” Murino said in the same release. “By bringing our European teams closer together, we’ll deliver the best of Kantar Health to our clients and provide them with even greater value as they work to achieve their business goals.”
Murino joined Kantar Health, formerly known as Taylor Nelson Sofres Healthcare, in 1999 as head of healthcare. He has also worked at Pfizer and Novartis in marketing roles.
