Pricey rare disease drug Soliris is being recalled. Manufacturer Alexion noted in an 8K that it was recalling less than 1% of its stock after tests showed visible particles in the medication. The company says replacing the drugs will cost between $10 million and $25 million, and that the recall affected only products in the US.
