WorldOne is adding a patient-insight component to its market-intelligence platform. The company announced Tuesday that it is integrating patient-perception reports from the consumer marketing group Treato, which explores what patients have written about their medications and conditions on social media sites and distills them into reports. WorldOne said in a statement that it will integrate Treato’s real-time reports on patient thoughts and attitudes surrounding brands to its MedLIVE self-service portal, which enables clients to send surveys to targeted segments of WorldOne’s community of 1.8 million healthcare professionals. Treato’s reports will offer “a lens into consumer behaviors and the client’s competitive position,” reads a statement from the firms.
