Havas Health & You named Paul Kinsella chief creative officer of HH&Y Europe earlier this week.

Kinsella joined HH&Y as a creative director in 2015 and has risen through the ranks since. In 2019, he was named executive creative director of Havas Lynx Group and subsequently was promoted to CCO.

During his time with Havas Lynx Group, the agency won the Cannes Lions for Healthcare Agency of the Year and European Creative Pharma Agency of the Year at the London International Awards.

“Health is the biggest growth opportunity for creatives right now, because health and wellness brands have never had greater opportunities to use creativity to break stigmas, connect communities, and drive solutions for consumers,” Kinsella said in a statement. “I’m inspired by the prospect of working with the teams in Europe, to work alongside Elizabeth Egan again and to continue to support and learn from Eric Weisberg.”

HH&Y has been busy with a flurry of personnel moves throughout 2022.

In early October, the agency named Paul Pfleiderer as president of Havas Life New York. Prior to that, HH&Y tapped Laura Mizrahi to serve as CCO at its flagship H4B Chelsea agency.

Over the summer, HH&Y named Elizabeth Egan, who formerly served as president of Havas Lynx Group, as CEO of HH&Y Europe. In that role, Egan will work with Kinsella, HH&Y Global CEO Donna Murphy and Havas Global CCO Eric Weisberg to lead the agency’s efforts to expand on the continent.

“I could not be happier to be bringing Paul into the European leadership team — he brings the right mix of authentic empathy, data expertise, and craft excellence to drive success across the region,” Egan said in a statement.

HH&Y isn’t the only creative agency that sees opportunities in Europe.

The organization announced the Kinsella news days after Grey Health & Wellness unveiled plans to expand operations to EMEA, with Morten V. Frederiksen leading as president.
