Remote patient monitoring company Implicity has hired two new people to its senior leadership team. Vanessa Joyce will join as VP of sales for North America, and Megan Grosz will serve as global head of marketing and communications.

Joyce brings 30 years of experience in med tech marketing, and previously worked as area director of sales for Rhythm Management Group. She’s also held roles at Philips Healthcare, Medtronic and St. Jude Medical.

Grosz joins Implicity after serving as director of sales and marketing at Omega Medical Imaging. In her role leading marketing and communications, she’ll focus on the company’s AI algorithm that analyzes ECG episodes from implantable loop recorders (ILRs), which was recently approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

“We’re thrilled to welcome these two impressive leaders,” Dr. Arnaud Rosier, CEO and cofounder of Implicity, said in a statement. “Both Vanessa and Megan bring a wealth of industry knowledge to support our rapid global expansion, particularly in the U.S. where we see a dramatic rise in remote patient monitoring.”
