Henry works closely with Klick’s medical communications group has been tasked with developing medical strategies.
The agency has been looking for a suitable candidate for this position for nearly two years, according to Klick CEO and co-founder Leerom Segal. Henry started her new role at Klick on May 1.
“She’s somebody we’ve had our sights on for a couple of years, so we’re incredibly excited,” said Segal. “What attracted us to Holly is not just that she’s an incredible craftsperson but also her character and essence. We want somebody who people want to follow and learn from.”
As CMO, Henry works closely with Klick’s medical communications group, which employs more than 50 employees, and has also been tasked with developing medical strategies. She reports to Glenn Zujew, Klick’s SVP and executive creative director.
At FCB Health, where she worked since 2010, Henry initiated and built a medical strategy team. Prior to her work with Interpublic Group agency, she held roles at DesignWrite and CCG Metamedia. She has a PhD in cellular and molecular biology.
“The best thing I can bring from my experience at FCB is all of the wonderful connections I’ve made with people, and what I’ve learned from them,” said Henry.
Klick also hired Jasmine Singh as SVP of medical strategy. Singh was most recently SVP and head of medical at H4B Chelsea, a Havas Health & You agency. She has also held regulatory and medical affairs roles at Pfizer, Sanofi, and Johnson & Johnson.
Michael Guarino, chief strategy officer at FCB Health, said the company currently has no plans to replace Henry. “While we certainly will miss Holly’s contributions to the agency, we are confident in the breadth and depth of our medical team,” he said.
