Maven Clinic hires new director of health equity

Maven Clinic has brought on Dawn Godbolt as its new director of health equity, where she’ll help develop the company’s care model for health equity and maternal health.

Previously, Godbolt worked at the National Partnership for Women and Families, and has been a member of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Ariadne Lab’s Advisory Board for the Cities Challenge as well as the Equitable Maternal Health Coalition steering committee. She also contributed to the drafting of several federal health bills, including the Health Equity Accountability Acts of 2018 and 2020, as well as the Black Maternal Health Momnibus Act of 2021.
