Talking Medicines, which bills itself as the world’s first AI-driven patient intelligence firm, has tapped Mike Strassberg as chief customer officer. He becomes the Scottish company’s first U.S.-based appointment.

Strassberg was previously SVP, sales and marketing at Eversana Intouch B2D.

“Just as Talking Medicines is the voice of patients, Mike will be the voice of our customers, providing a consistent and seamless experience, driving growth, establishing new relationships, managing current accounts and building a global customer-centric organization,” said co-founder and CEO Jo Halliday in a statement. “Mike will open doors for us.”

Talking Medicines opened a New Jersey office earlier this year.
