Chichester returns to Ogilvy

Ogilvy Health has hired Dan Chichester for the role of chief experience officer, responsible for the firm’s innovation, digital strategy and brand engagement. He will report to Ogilvy Health CEO Andrew Schirmer. Before a five-year hiatus, Chichester was previously the agency’s chief digital officer from 2009 to 2014 before serving as chief digital officer at TBWA/WorldHealth.

Veeva brings on Schwenger

Veeva Systems has hired Tom Schwenger as president and COO, effective in September, leading strategy, sales and services. Currently, Schwenger has regional responsibility for Accenture’s Northeast products industries practice, including life sciences and related industries.

Aetna hires Gibson Pace from Blue Shield of California

Aetna has named Diana Gibson Pace as chief growth officer for California, overseeing employer growth and retention for all commercial segments, group Medicare and speciality business lines in the state and national accounts in its west territory. Gibson Pace spent the last seven years as VP and GM of Blue Shield of California’s premier and labor business.

Stryker hires Fletcher

Stryker has brought on Rob Fletcher as VP and chief legal officer, effective on April 22. Mike Hutchinson will transition from the VP role to serve as adviser to the CEO through May 2020. Fletcher has worked at Johnson & Johnson for the past 15 years.

Aradhye joins Axcella

Biotechnology company Axcella Health has appointed Shreeram Aradhye as EVP and chief development officer. Aradhye previously served as chief medical officer and global head of medical affairs for Novartis Pharmaceuticals.

New CEO at Epic Sciences

Lloyd Sanders has joined Epic Sciences as president and CEO as Murali Prahalad steps down after six years in the position. Sanders was previously president of the oncology segment at molecular diagnostics company Myriad Genetics.

Atlantis revamps leadership team

Atlantis Healthcare has named Jonny Duder as CEO, Amy Parke as U.S. country manager, Connor Holmes as Australia country manager, and Nathan O’Donnell as New Zealand country manager. Atlantis works with pharma and biotech companies, payers, and healthcare organizations from locations in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.

Healthline names Wampler to board

Healthline Media has appointed Kira Wampler, former CEO of Art.com, to its board of directors. Also on the board are Healthline CEO David Kopp, Summit Partners directors Dr. Craig Frances, Peter Rottier and Pete Francis, as well as independent director Mari Baker. Wampler has also served as CMO at Lyft and Trulia.

Rauxa brings on Tiedemann

Rauxa has named Karl Tiedemann as EVP and director of health and wellness. He has served as EVP of client services at ghg/Greyhealth group and at Razorfish after its merger with Rosetta. Tidemann has also worked at Wishbone-ITP, FCB Health, and LLNS.
