Jesse Kates has been named co-managing director by Neon, returning to the company where he had served as group creative director. Before rejoining Neon, he had been executive creative director at Concentric and Grey Group.

Woebot Health appoints chief commercial and strategy officer

Monique Levy has been appointed to the newly-created position of chief commercial and strategy officer by Woebot Health, a developer of digital therapeutics for psychotherapy. Before joining Woebot Health in March, she had been chief strategy officer at BlackThorn Therapeutics.
