Mike Walther was named chief commercial officer and Chris Slavinsky was appointed general counsel and head of business development at Prometheus. Walther was previously general manager at Aries Pharmaceuticals. Slavinsky joined from Takeda, where he led the Takeda Center for External Innovation.

Liver disease-focused company Mirum Pharmaceuticals named Ed Tucker chief medical officer. Previously, Tucker worked for Acerta Pharma.
Passage Bio names new CFO
Richard Morris has joined early-stage gene therapy company Passage Bio as chief financial officer. Morris previously was CFO at Context Therapeutics and Vitae Pharmaceuticals. In the past month, Passage Bio also appointed a chief medical officer and general counsel.
NGM Biopharmaceuticals hires Valerie Pierce
Pierce joined NGM as SVP, general counsel and chief compliance officer. She was previously associate general counsel at Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
Tris Pharma appoints Jonathan Provoost general counsel
Jonathan Provoost joined Tris Pharma as general counsel. Previously, Provoost was general counsel for business development and licensing at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals.
IMV names chief medical officer
Joanne Schindler joined clinical stage immunotherapy-focused company IMV as general counsel. She was previously VP of clinical development and executive medical director at H3 Biomedicine.
