Centrix to license Target SFA CRM suite

Centrix Pharmaceutical has agreed to license and deploy Cegedim North America’s Target SFA customer relationship management suite for its US sales force.

Centrix Pharmaceutical has agreed to license and deploy Cegedim North America’s Target SFA customer relationship management suite for its US sales force. Centrix began using both the two versions of Cegedim’s Target Mobile software to automate its field sales force in April. Target SFA software suite utilizes Micro-soft .NET and XML Web Services to move data between field devices and home office databases.
