Independently owned agencies CrowdPharm and Cross & Wild announced on Wednesday that they will merge operations. The combined company, to be known as CrowdPharm, will offer a full slate of services to healthcare marketers.
In a statement, CrowdPharm managing director Mike Myers characterized the agency’s offering as “uncharacteristically liberating” for clients. “The current healthcare agency model has not evolved with changing client needs and desires,” he said in the statement. “We offer healthcare marketers a true partnership with a customized team, drawn from one of the largest healthcare agency-focused talent pools in the world, ready to jump in (and out) to build solutions that address unique commercial challenges.”
CrowdPharm was founded in 2017 and Cross & Wild in 2014. All employees of Cross & Wild will become a part of Crowd Pharm.
CrowdPharm reported 2020 North American revenue of $2.2 million to MM+M and counts Ipsen and FluroTest among its clients. Last month, CrowdPharm announced a partnership with fellow indie shop Bernstein-Rein.
