Kyruus announced on Tuesday that it will acquire Epion Health.

Kyruus, which offers scheduling services for healthcare organizations, is adding Epion and its digital patient engagement tools to create a more comprehensive patient access firm.

The combined company will serve more than 500 health systems and medical practices. It will provide healthcare organizations with provider data management, pre-visit intake and payment collection.

“By bringing our solutions together, we are uniquely positioned to deliver an end-to-end offering that makes it easy for patients to find and schedule care, complete pre-visit tasks, and meaningfully engage with their providers regardless of where they begin their search,” said Kyruus CEO Dr. Graham Gardner in a statement.

The Epion transaction marks the latest acquisition for Kyruus, which purchased HealthSparq in 2021.
