Precisioneffect has acquired social media and PR boutique Pascale, the companies announced on Tuesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“After collaborating with Pascale on joint client work, we realized their approach to PR and social media mirrored how we approach our service offerings,” said Precisioneffect chief creative officer Deborah Lotterman in a statement. “When we dug deeper, we saw that our cultures, principles and shared mission to develop market-changing work were also aligned.”
Precisioneffect generated $43 million in North American revenue during 2020, up 17% from the previous year. It had 205 people under its roof at the end of 2020, up from 185 a year prior. Pascale did not report 2020 revenue to MM+M, but a year earlier shared that it had generated $3.1 million in revenue in 2019.
