TrialCard has acquired Archer Healthcare, deepening the breadth and depth of its capabilities in virtual detailing.
Archer will be added to TrialCard’s Engage HCP offering, a suite of tools designed to augment an existing biopharma sales force’s efforts and help with difficult-to-see healthcare providers. According to Acher’s website, its pharma and medical device telesales channels range from phone and video detailing to e-detailing, print, email and SMS/text.
Wilmington, NC-based Archer marks the sixth acquisition for TrialCard in the past three years. This year saw the purchase of Canary Insights, which tracks payer policy changes for medical devices and diagnostics. That followed purchases of non-commercial pharmacy TC Script in 2018, along with those of patient affordability firm RxSolutions, mobile medication adherence outfit Mango Health and patient access firm Policy Reporter all in 2019.
