U.S.-based healthcare ad agency Wedgewood Communications has joined indie global network Imc Group, firms said on Monday. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The two have a historical working relationship, and the combination is designed to encourage further agency collaborations across Imc Group, whose members already include Imc Agency, Porterhouse Medical, Indigo Medical Compliance and Pulsar.
“We’re excited that this collaboration with Imc will expand our service offerings to Wedgewood’s client teams, and that our pooled resources and expertise will be game-changing for the brands that we support,” stated Tom Timko, COO of Wedgewood, which employs 60 people in Holmdel, NJ.
Imc, for its part, said it will leverage its newest member to expand in the U.S. market. Imc’s global head count numbers 285 people. The group, which is backed by investor Waterland Private Equity, maintains offices throughout Europe, Canada, the U.S. and Middle East/Africa.
