After J&J acquired Abbott Medical Optics, 2e Creative developed a new identity and packaging system for Tecnis Intraocular Lenses that reintroduced it as a J&J brand while still retaining brand equity with ophthalmologists. “Package design for an acquired product line that has a strong design strategy with line expansion feasibility is consummately hard,” said one judge. “This team nailed it.”
