MM&M held its third annual Hall of Femme and Women to Watch awards on June 7, honoring 35 women in healthcare marketing and communications. Take a look at the full profiles for each of these women here.
At the event, keynote speaker Vanessa Thirion-Cullity, executive director of U.S. marketing at Novartis Oncology, encouraged women to trust their potential and to not be afraid to take chances. Panel discussions throughout the day focused on biopharma’s gender pay gap, innovation, and strategies for career advancement.
